My '69 Super Bee project

Your build is looking great. Fantastic job on the headliner. I thought those clips would be hard to find; taped mine to the molding when I disassembled the interior. So what's the specs on those tires and rims; they look bad ***.

Thanks CoronetDarter, Good idea with those clips,I was lucky had had a few A body ones I could use. The wheels are 20x15,and the tires are M/T Sportsman sr's 29x18.

I have a question about the grill headlight bezels....see some polished, see some with the outer edge polished and then argent silver,as in the promo add...? I believe it's suppose to be argent. I had a couple pics, but I can't get them to load.

The Canadian dollar might bring this project to a halt! To have 1 U S dollar, you need 1.30,and then the shipping in U S funds, and duty etc... It's killing me!

Keep the faith brother!!! Things have a way of working out, I know what you mean when it comes down to money, i ordered a rear frame rail and the price to get it here over 400 from AMD plus shipping robbery of $189.00 I couldn't believe it just a few days earlier i had a 18 wheeler pull up with my entire floor, both Quarter skins and several more things like the trunk pan, all that was the same price shipping as the rail, they called it "freight handling" lol, the rail comes two days later in the SAME truck even the same driver, that shipping is terrible and nothing we can do about it, Ive learned patience as i wait for money to get things and i wish you all the best for your project, you'll get it!!! ;)

Yeah Ron,I hear you and thanks for the never ending optimism. We really are fortunate to have one of these cars to work on. I'm probably going to pull my Charger in the garage and do a few things with it...

Well; I have decided to roll her out,I still have a few things I can do with the car before I "need" to order parts. I should have the front rubber this week. IMG-20150805-00863.jpgIMG-20150805-00864.jpgIMG-20150805-00865.jpgIMG-20150805-00866.jpg

My father got the first ride in the Super Bee,he steered and braked while I pulled with the truck. Going on hold for a while....IMG-20150811-00874.jpgIMG-20150811-00879.jpg

No updates on the Super Bee. I'm also building a '71 Dart that I have most of the parts for,and I want to get that one finished. I had to put one on hold due to the weak Canadian dollar, and we just elected a absolute doofus,so I don't see it improving anytime soon! I still have some things I can do with the Bee before I have to order parts...I post as it goes along. More than the cars,I'm dying for a vacation! I don't do the resort thing...just drop me anywhere in the U S,and I'm happy to find my way somewhere!

Car looks absolutely killer with the stance and fat tires!!!!! Don't feel bad, we elected and then re-elected an absolute jackass and have been paying for it for 8 years..... amazing we're still here.

Agree with 747 on the absolute killer stance and fat tires. And completely agree with you that we elected an absolute doofus and I don't see things improving either. This weak dollar is killing me and making me wonder how much of my planned work for this winter will get shelved because of the price of the last few parts I need.

Can't wait to see this car come together. If I may ask what are the sizes and wheel/rubber combo?

Please leave the we part out of electing a doofus, my wife and I did not vote for those dink noses and never will...thank you very much.
Now back to your car,

I've gone with Rushforth's rated x's. 20x15 with 29x18's in the rear and 19x8 with Hankook ventus 245/45 zr 19's in the front.
