Either black or some real odd colors. Mine was sold new in Pa Amish area- wonder if the bumpers were painted black too lol. I've got 67 Dog dishes on for a sinister look. The spinner 14s looked like pop pop's car

A few years ago, I was invited to inspect a '66 Belvedere II to authenticate that it was a real Hemi car. It turned out it was a December 1965 build with HP2 signs on the fenders. Although the car was now "Resale Red", by the paint code it left the factory as Lilac Metallic.

Dave6T4 - My '66 is coded as Turquoise on the fender tag, Certicard, and window sticker, but it's always been a white car. The IBM punchcard confirms white, so someone down the line made a mistake and the other 2 followed along.

Anywhere near Hazleton? I grew up around the coal region. Did you know the story of the 71 Hemi FC7 that sat behind a bar up into the 90s? Quite a rare car i always wondered if it was saved...

No, Hazelton is about 1 1/2 hrs away. I've never heard of that one. I'm as far north and east as you can be in Pa., 35 miles NE of Scranton. Up in the mountains by Delaware river.

Hey D we actually spoke about a year ago and I gave you everything from my A12 to decode...and thanks again for that.
As far as GTX it is a St Louis car however I have all my trunk mats pulled stored flat in my barn with parts on top to keep them flat. I always worry about water/moisture getting trapped even after a simple bath once or twice a year. Not attractive when you open the trunk though. I will see if I can pull up a corner and get a pic sometime soon, thanks, Kris

Thanks Kris. I am working on labeling a trunk mat for a 1969 SL HEMI RR and don't know what supplier they used (93108?). Let me know your SPD as well. If you can get a picture of the markings on the back to, that would be awesome. I appreciate the help. I enjoy getting the details correct.
