Mystery fastener

l’m installing my headline and came across these fasteners in the sail area. Can anyone help me understand what they are for?

That would have been attached to the cardboard sail panel but has ripped out.

They were attached to the sail panel trim boards so a clip like a door panel could be used to clip them into the metal sail panel.

They were attached to the cardboard side panels that go on after the headliner. They have been torn out of the cardboard left behind.
