    After purchasing the 68 RR project on Thursday I began going through the boxes and bins of parts and taking inventory. For the most part figuring out what and where parts go and labeling them is not difficult. I did run into a few parts that I have no clue about. A little help would be appreciated!

    I'm no expert but that door thing does not look like it belongs to the car at all.

      To tell you the truth I was thinking the same thing....there were some odd ball parts in the bottom of one of the bins but the car was originally white and the door looking thing has white paint on it so it kind of threw me. It also looks like it has a hole on the door for a key lock.

        I agree, it does look like some type of a locking gas cover.

        That door looks like a tractor cowl door that is over the radiator
