Need help fixing cowl louvers

I would like to reuse my cowl, but I noticed that the louvers or vents, are not straight.
When I run my hand across them I can feel waviness.
Does anyone have a good way to straighten these?

Are they stretched out? If so they need to be shrunk with quick heat and cold rags.

I made up a cowl vent straightener and spent a couple of hours getting mine perfect. Just took a piece of thin flat stock and ground out enough to let it turn 90* was dropped in. I could then pull each fin up.
