need tips on installing roof rail chrome on 70rr

im at the point where im ready to put the roof rail chrome.need tips on best way to install it without damaging it.

Roll it on from top to bottom. Downward rolling motion if that makes sense.

Yep. You almost don't even really have to push it too hard. The only part I had to pop on with the heel of my hand was at the rear where it snaps over the small half circular piece that screws in.
