need to dig into my welder today

you don't realize work isn't really work, until you can't function.......

I'm on the rebound, cant wait to get back in the shop......... wrecking ball status awaits
Wait until you get old and then work becomes a real drag!! I'm just starting to work out again in hopes I can at least pick up a pail of paint but my back is telling me different!

I can relate. My left knee and calf have been giving me grief. No work again this week since Monday. Got money to be made on the 72 Challenger that is my current money project.

Here you go this will cheer you up! Somebody else feeling your pain

I always assumed that food allergy issues ether made you hurl or squirt. Not so. It shows up in many other aspects. I've dealt with autoimmune issues for a long time. When I discovered the food allergy problem and took control of it, it got better. I still had to get the Thyroid removed later, which was a victim of the autoimmune problem. You'd be amazed a what gives you health grief.
I am allergic to dairy, it sucks. I had no idea why I had so many sinus infections, dizzyness, ear infections, nausea, weight gain and stomach swelling. After diagnosis, I lost 25 lbs and I still work it into my diet once a week, as the doctor recommended. It onset late in life for me and he said as quickly as it onset, it could also go away just as suddenly. I am on a strict Keto diet to keep me from becoming diabetic. I feel your pain. Keep at it.

I still do dairy. Gotta have heavy whipping cream with my Joe. About 2 tablespoons worth per 20oz cup of Joe.

What you said makes me think. My gastro Doc wants me to see an allergy Doctor for gas reflux and esophagus problem. Just one more thing at 76

My diet is very minimalist these days, no alcohol, no sugar, no caffeine, very little dairy or meat. Try to avoid canned/frozen foods. My protein comes from ground turkey and pork. Getting pretty good at making boring stuff taste good. It works, I feel better now than I have in years. Giving up all the beer 5 years ago (and it was a LOT) was the biggest step.
