I am considering an air needle scaler to do paint and rust removal in places where a hand grinder with a brush cup may not be able to reach. For instance , in the trunk where the inside fender well meets the trunk floor. I see there are big ol honkers to do heavy cast and thicker metal, and then there are smaller mini scalers. Some have about 12 needles and others have about 19.
Anyone have input on what you are using, how you like it, and the effect on body metal thickness. I don;t intend to use on sheet metal that could be warped.................Thanks for your input............................MO

I picked up the small one that Harbor Freight sells and removed most of the undercoating on a Charger with it. I hardly ever buy cheap tools, but did for this because I knew it would never get much use. I have no complaints at all - it worked great.
