i have a 73 dodge charger.. i currently run an aftermarket wheel and want something different.. my current set up is 15x7 with 4" BS on front and 15x8 with 4.5" BS on rear... 235/60 on front 275/60 on rear.

i want to put the Keystone Klassic on my charger...

They are only offered in 15x7 with 3.75 " BS and 15x8 with 3.875 BS... they also offer a 15x10 with 4.125" BS..(don't think these will fit under my fenders unless it has 5.5" BS)

Has anyone got these on your 71-74 B Body's... I'm worried about spring clearance in rear and upper control arm clearance in the front..

The keystones you're looking at move the tire farther away from the springs and upper control arm, compared to your current setup.
I'd be more worried about rubbing the fenders.
I can almost guarantee the 15x10s won't fit unless you jack the back up to the moon.

Factory backspacing on rallye wheels is 4.25, IIRC

That lack of backspacing options cost them a sale to me. I’m sure they don’t care, but looks like this will cost them again.

I’ve seen other 69 b body cars with them and they look terrible with the wheels so far out on the front and I want them inside the well out back.

Yeah, I don't understand their goofy stock backspacing dimensions. Maybe they will fit a Chevy, idk. I run Keystones on my RR, and also had them on my 69 Charger. I had to have them made with custom backspacing, but unfortunately, that service hasn't been available for a few years now.

Now im curious if i run 15x8 on all 4 corners if they will be close to fender and rub

If I liked keystones (which I dont), with those backspaces available...... I'd run 15x7s all around. Most likely to fit. (Of the extra inch wider 15x8, seven eighths of it is toward the fender).
Almost any tire that will fit on a 15x8 can be used on a 15x7, and you might even be able to put a BIGGER tire on the seven, if the eight is too close to the fender.
I have a pair of 15x7s I can put a 255 on and clear front and rear. The matching 15x8 1/2 won't go on the car with anything more than a 225, which is rediculously small for an 8.5 rim, cause anything bigger rubs on the rear fender.

Gateway had a green 69 bee in the last year with them on it. You could see in the pics the wheels jut way out. I can’t say if it would cause a rub. Just a weird look on these cars.

Interesting results. What car were these on?

40 year old American 200S, (daisies). The 15x7s have just under 4" backspace, and will fit anywhere. The 15x8.5 have around 3 1/2" bs. They would probably fit a camaro or mustang with full round open wheelwell openings, but they won't fit my 62 Savoy (which is where I would like em) my 69 RR, or any of my 55-57 chevies. (They are drilled for both Ford and Chevy patternl.) Proper tire width for the wheel width, and the fender will literally sit on the tire when it comes down off the jack.
I've got another pair of 15x8 1/2 Ansen's, (five spoke copy of a TT) also at least 40 years old, that have the exact same bs, and therefore also the same problem.
If I ever get a D100, I've got the wheels covered for it, lol.

I forgot that the OP has a 73 Charger. Short of the 15x10 keystones with the ridiculous bs, he can probably put almost anything on it. Big wheelwells, full round. They might stick out a bit.
