Do these bulbs have a built-in high beam? I.e. did you have to rewire you headlights to have all 4 on for low and all 4 on for high?

Not sure about the OP's bulbs but the one's I have are essentially the same bulb for high and low. HOWEVER, prior to shipping, Octane bend over the "high" tab on one pair. Also, I believe the low beam connector in the stock harness will only fit two tabs. Or vice versa.
