Hell ya, I’m anxious to get my cars in side but want it to be completed inside before stacking crap everywhere.
When I first bought my house on an undeveloped lot, I had several storage buildings with cars and parts in them and well, when the shop got built, it got filled up before the insides were totally finished. Lots of stuff was outside but the stuff that mattered the most went inside. Wanted to get out of those storage buildings because they weren't cheap or all that secure. When there was time to work on the insides of the shop, the nice cars were moved out to make room. At least back then, there wasn't that much stuff to deal with...

of my cabinets up using the forks on the tractor way easier then 2 guys lifting them. Also moved in my air compressor under stairs. Still much to do but it’s all details now. I’m going to say buying these forks for the tractor was a good investment.

Kioti it’s comparable to the kubota the dealer was local. The shifter is on your side versus dash like others. Ordered the back hoe to complete my trench for my shop as I was people want to rip you off but I have used this thing for everything. Worth it.

installed car lift this weekend. Completed siding on mezzanine and east side. Had my electrician come out and wire air compressor and lift and my lights under mezzanine that I installed earlier in the week. Now that electrician work is complete I will complete west side of siding and lay carpet on mezzanine.

Wow! Do the cars in there really put the size of your sweet shop into perspective. Beautiful spot you have!

After you put more goodies in that shop you will need GPS to find your way around! Just fabulous!

Nice wide steps up to the mezzanine you have, excellent planning. You will appreciate that more and more the older you get. I use my mezzanine to store and layout my parts for my resto projects, a wonderful asset.

Wow, what a garage - yes, I have garage envy for sure!

One thing I put in my garage is a "slop room", almost by accident but it has become such a valuable asset. It is an enclosed space where I do my dirty work, like grinding, spray painting small parts, bead blasting (cabinet), cleaning greasy crap, etc. Mine is very small, and since I never really planned it in advance, I didn't realize how valuable a "slop room" is. I wish it was much bigger.

Anyway, do you have a dedicated, enclosed space for dirty work? I have found that so much of the car hobby is cleaning old, dirty, rusty crap! With an awesome garage like yours and with all that space, a decent "slop room" would be a great asset to keep other areas of the garage cleaner.

Regardless, I am a fan and wish I had even 1/4 of your space!!! :drinks:

New member here that just came across your thread @Jesse6869 . What an awesome shop! I've always said that up here in the Pacific NW, what a guy really needs is an acre with a roof over it. Coincidentally, I just doodled up this 40 x 60 set up similar to yours. I have four 10' x 10' doors down the length and one 10' x 14' at the end. I show a 16' x 40. loft (what you call a mezzanine) at one end like yours. I like @HawkRod 's suggestion for a slop room. I'd love to design this with enclosed lean-to type parking areas down the length that are separate from the shop area but I don't have unlimited funds so I'm trying to get the biggest bang for my buck.

One thing I can say looking at your pics is, Size Matters! You have to be proud of your vision and hard work. I give you an A+!
