Heads up! Looked at the new products listed on the 440 source website and bought the (new to me) thicker .083"
6 quart oil pan =7quarts with filter. Anyone else buy one? Or is this oil pan old news ?

Have anyone tested this one? Im looking deeper oil pan for 65 coronet and 383. And is there 1/2 pickup available for this.
Milodon 31010 is too deep for me i think.

Same project here. I'd like to find a pan that is not as "low riding" as the Mily also ???

I haven't installed my pan yet .but if anybody needs accurate measurements of the thick .083" oil pan. I can measure it and post the numbers this weekend.

I ordered one but haven’t received it yet. Waiting on a shipping notice now.

Has anyone modified a 187 pan to be deeper and added splash plates?

I'm curious if their new 6+1 pan is the same physical size as the ones they used to sell? I have used a few of those and have one on a car now. I called them several years ago about the capacity, and was told 6 quarts total, including the filter.

30930 Milodon 7qt is 3/4" 7" 1/2" pickup available.

This doesn't seem to fit directly for early b
The only differences between a B and a RB is deck height and distributor hole. The oil pan rails timing cover and rear seal are same on B and RB's. Don't think oil pump drive is difficult. Tell what is else is different?

I mean for early b-body without notching the k member

Dropped one on the 440 block (505 CID) a couple of weeks ago. I didn't measure it, but it's definitely a sturdy pan.
7 QT oil setup... Pan holds (6), plus (1) in the filter. I use a 1/2" oil pickup, also from 440 Source. It came a little long (which is better than to short), so I cut it back a bit and rethread it to get the right clearance height off the bottom of the pan.

I’m anxious for mine to arrive but it seems the damn USPS has either lost it or are too lazy to deliver it. My wife has some sort of USPS app that tells her what mail they will be delivering each day and its been showing it to be delivered Tuesday, and then Wednesday, and now Thursday it’s just flat disappeared. Need to call 440Source again today. Glad to hear it looks like a quality piece.

Almost a 3/32" thick pan? Wow, pretty impressive! The rails must be pretty flat and sturdy?
It's about time someone makes a quality product!
Fraction corrected!

Call your post office give them the tracking number. Ask nicely what's going on. They delivered a package to wrong address I checked tracking said delivered. They back tracked and found it.

They never sent me the tracking number. I’m going to call this afternoon in an attempt to get it. What my wife has is some sort of usps app that doesn’t work off the tracking no.

Damn USPS! On Tuesday 440 Source said it was here in town and out for delivery - which my wife’s USPS app seemed to confirm. Just got off the phone with 440 Source and now tracking says it’s in Van Buren AR, 150 miles back west in the opposite direction. It’s disappeared from my wife’s usps app altogether. They are supposed to be emailing me the tracking number.
