Those look awesome! How much were the manifolds? Are the carbs set up at least close for your application? Once it's dialed in it will run great.

I developed a really reliable and simple carb set up method that will get you pretty much right on the money before you even bolt the carbs on. You do it right on the bench. This came from me rebuilding a set of Honda CBX carbs for a buddy and my days with my 72 Porsche 911 running MFI. If you're interested I'll run through the procedure with you.

Nice looking set up...

the setup all together is about $2200.00 at Pierce Manifolds right now, with the manifolds around $500.00 for the pair. trying to get them on the market and get feedback. it runs way better and harder than the 800 cfm edelbrock and rpm manifold.

love the look.what is the total cfm on the carbs?

I saw your 63 Wagon at the mopar show this weekend. You got my vote, that thing is awesome and we were really liking the intake and carbs. My brother grabbed one of your cards off the windshield. Personally I think it's a great lower cost alternative to fuel injection stacks. Nice work!

Also to note that IDF's don't have a power circuit. Have you had any issues with it going lean? IDA's would be the ultimate but are horribly expensive last I checked.

carbs

Im running the same set up with 45mm dellortos with cb update kits
what cam lobe separation did you go with
I still trying to find the right car to make a gasser with

I built this motor 6-7 years ago with a roller cam using an 800 cfm carb. But it runs great with the new IDF set up. Great throttle response and power. Way better than the 800 cfm Edelbrock had.

Looks awesome, they can put together a complete kit, linkage etc?
Do you work there?

How is the top end? Does it still make decent power? Where can one order the manifolds? Can they be made to fit MW ports?

Me likey!!!!!!!

The set up is available at my work Pierce Manioflds in Gilroy Ca. We do have a website, not sure if I can list the site here dont want to break any rules. The whole setup right now is $2200.00 for what you see in the pics. Not sure what MW ports are but they do fit 383-413-426-440 heads. Top end is awesome, blows away my 800 cfm Edelbrock in all areas. We are currently working on getting this setup on our website. But please anyone who is interested give us a call 408-842-6667
