depends on what steering wheel you have…

Once the horn pad is off you’ll see the nut that has to come off. You’ll probably need a steering wheel puller to get the wheel off.

I have a wood grain wheel so I’m not 100% certain, but I think you need to hold the wheel and rotate the center CCW. Hopefully someone that knows for sure will chime in.

I saw an earlier post about a 66. They said to turn it to 7 o’clock, pull up about an inch and turn counter clockwise
