It's NOS, with no box, but someone changed the mounting strap to a generic one that has no part number on it. The number that should be on the strap is 2095501, with an unmarked assembly number 2275590. Tests good, looks good and comes with the correct mounting bolt, correct style, correct head marking, correct plating. $35 + shipping from 60134.
