3.23s and a four speed will make quick quarter mile laps difficult.
If they are important, go for the 470 (or 500 or 512). And ask cam companies for a recommendation for use with manifolds.
Then make sure nothing in the drivetrain will break, and get a set of slicks. (Drag radials don't work very well with a stick).

My vote is 470ty, I have one in my car and really enjoy it,
But as others have mentioned, if buying a complete kit go big, it's free hp and torque
