Oil guage question....

I am working on this 67 GTX with the 440, and want to keep the original oil guage in the dash and would like to add a mech guage under the dash. My question is, on the back of the engine block, where the sender for the guage light is screwed into the block, and next to it is a plug in the block. Is this another hole that would work for my other guage ??Or would I have to add a brass tee toget both to work?

Take out the plug and use that hole it is the same as the factory unit. Yo may need adapters for the fittings but the hole will work.
