Open Element Breather That Fits an Engine ID Plate?

Does Summit sell an open element breather like the one in the picture where I can reuse my original engine identification plate? I looked through them twice and can't tell for sure if it'll fit properly. Thanks!

I'd check the diameter against the K&N that are available with a drop base. It may be pricey as you would end up having to buy a complete new breather setup just to get the base

Thans fine, I don't mind buying a complete breather set up as long as I can reuse my engine ID plate that's on the factory breather in the picture. Here's my current set up...
