Over Load Springs to raise the back end??

I love that color on your X! I agree with you on the tire fit for the car. The problem is when I had cragar build my wheels I don't think they gave them the right offset causing the problem. I didn't notice it until long after as the car was being built. It's a long story - but at the end of the day I need that extra inch or two to give the lift over the tires. Life would have been a lot simpler if that process was done correctly. There's more to it but it's a two party problem. That why I'm looking again for a solution.
Thanks. Yeah, I love the color even if it's not "right".
It took some calculating and measuring on the rims and the first set just wasn't quiiiiite right, so they went back and got these. The fit is superb now, absolutely couldn't get it any better for the size. I love the "natural" rake the car has without need of air shocks or re-arched springs or anything.
It sits natural and rides like a dream as a result.

Based on the advice above I bought the add a leaf kit from Summit Racing - and true to everyone's story they gave me the 2 inches I needed for the lift over my tires. It'll probably be a stiffer ride but at least I can clear my very expensive wheels and tires now and at an unusually nominal cost.

Thx for all the advice guys!

Sorry Dennis the pics are going to wait a bit. The car is in Minnesota and I'm in California. She's also in the half painted stages as we speak. I'll be having plenty of pic posted in the next month when the X is completed. I do appreciate everyone on hear because I've received a lot of help and some good tips.
