Good afternoon,
I am getting ready to have the headliner installed. I bought the car and the parts were incomplete and in boxes, so I have some questions.
1. What is the serrated plate, at the rear window, called?
1a. What screw fastens this to the frame?
1b. What purpose does it serve?

2. How many headliner clips are needed, for installing the headliner?

3. Where does the body molding piece go? I have it, but have no idea what purpose it serves, nor do I know where it goes.

4. I have the rear-view mirror, coat hooks, visors, dome light, and front headliner cap. Is there anything else that I am missing, that I should include for the installation?

5. Does anyone know the order of the bows, per their colors on the ends? Mine came in a box.

Thanks in advance for all of your help! Much appreciated :)

If you're putting the shoulder belts back in, you'll need the snap fitting, for the elastic to attach to, and the belt, plastic cap, and hardware.

1. Bow rail clips for each end.
2.Rear interior trim around back glass. (plastic- snaps in place)
3. Front, left and right side interior trim. (Steel).
4. Clips for item 3.
5. Front clips at top of windshield. (Headliner molding screws to the clips).
6. Bow springs (2) for rear headliner.
7. Buy new cardboard sail panels (2) if the ones in your picture are bent or warped.
8. Three screws each side for visor. Total of 6.
9. Three screws to hold mirror.
10. Screws to hold front headliner trim on. Total of 6.
I probably forgot a few things.
Mega Parts is your friend.

Front to back, Yellow, Green, Blue, Pink, Purple,Black.
It seems that the longest bow I have does not have a color associated with it, so would it be wise to "assume" this would be the supposed black one?. Also, I have a brown one in lieu of yellow and it is the shortest of the bunch. Does this make sense? I'm leery since I am not certain that I got the right parts with the purchase of the car.

All I can tell you is these were the colors on my original untouched 69 charger when I took it apart.
