First, I'd think that something that is "Ice Cold" would be frozen.

First, that's a pretty specific claim, and second...it better be true if made as a sales pitch.

Otherwise...them there's potentially fightin' words.

Not much worser than a claim of "ice cold", making a purchase, based on said claim, then receiving beer that's closer to room temp.

That's the beauty of alcohol. It has a lower freezing point than water(ice). Similar in theory to to the salt brine concoction that the Fahrenheit guy decided should be zero on his scale.

I wear my heated jacket if I'm on the motorcycle for a long time and it's in the 60s. Gotta keep the core warm.

Same for no top/no doors on the wrangler - 60s and sunny? No top, but keep the doors and windows. 70s and up? Lose em all.
