I've owned this car for going on 27 years now. Most of which has been sitting in my garage. I've messed with it from time to time, but let other hobbies get in the way. I've since pushed most of those to the side to finally bring this car back. This will be a mostly stock restoration, but not a nut and bolt.

The car is an original 383/727, but the original engine is long gone. I will be dropping a 440 block off at the machine shop this week for the bore and polish. I have/will be doing 99% of this work myself. I will only be hiring out for the machine work.

I do have a new package tray without the holes. I'm just using the old one to keep everything in line for now.

Wow, after 27 years that itch must have gotten unbearable! You're really getting after it! Out with the old, in with the new. Just keep up the progress.

Not sure on the orientation of the pictures, but everyone will just have to bare with me.
My dad bought me the car when I was a sophomore in high school back in 1998. I drove it to school until it spun a rod bearing. It pretty much got put on the back burner ever since.
