way more than sticky lifters going on.

Just a yard driver right now, still finishing touches on another project have kept me from getting at it much in a while.

While changing the oil my pan plug magnet looked like a snowflake with little metal shards. I will cut the filter and look too.

Thinking hard of a junkyard 360 Magnum for this car.
Although, for ease of accessories, may go the pre-magnum 360 route.
 
that sucks, just remember those magnum 360 heads love to crack, every 360 magnum I have ever done always have fine cracks in the valve seats. heck there is a complete 99 360 listed locally for $300 can hear run!!!
 
yep,
I am finding a ton of "ran fine when pulled" pre and post magnum 360 engines at a great price,
even a rebuilt 360 from a shop that closed at a great price, just no spec sheet.

Its not like I did not want more engine anyway.
And not like I can't work on the rest of the car even while putting off the engine.
