Problem we all have

I fill the cap almost full, I put a nail into the tube, then screw the cap on. The nail head seals the tube from the pressure from the stuff inside the cap as you screw it on.
This.
I run the fattest diameter screw that will fit down the nozzle of the tube down it before storage, making sure the screw is long enough to reach the main body of unused gunk inside.
Easy to back out the screw later on with a driver.
I paid for the whole tube. I'm gonna USE the whole tube.

the only problem is I`m getting old :rofl::rofl::lol::lol::lol::lol::thumbsup:

Yep the can like cheese whiz is great when done just squirt about 1/4" out the tip let it setup when needed just grab the tail pull it out of nozzle and squirt away. I have a can that's over a year old used it last week.
Looked on the Wurth site and I think you can get it from Digikey or one of the big suppliers like McMaster ect. Probably need to set up an account to order.

I just squeeze the tube until the tip is 100% filled, then set it aside. The sealant in the tip firms up, and when I go to use the tube again I unscrew the tip and push the solid sealant out with a nail and the stuff in the tube is good to go.
