Problems March , Hydratech and Borgeson

Good day ,

Have long lasting issue.
March (Saginaw)pump (1250 max psi).

If both Hydratech and Borgeson are used steering assist fails/jumps.
Brake assist is not realy there.Thought it was good until driving in other car with same set-up and almost went trought windsheeld when braking.

Need to check routing of hydratech but should be right.

Looks like pump has not enough Psi to start with.

I have the same March pulley setup I just installed but on a rack with hydratech booster.
I am not crazy with how I had to run my return line. It isn't a straight shot like hydratech wants it and that is simply because of the Saginaw return line design. So both the return on the rack and the booster have a curve to go around to return to pump.
I am thinking I still have air in the system. Surfing other forums it seems that others too have trouble getting all the air out of the system.
I am going to play more before I determine there is an issue.

i just finished install of hydratech hydroboost unit and also running a march with gm pump. the gm pump does not hold enough fluid to work with the hydroboost unit so i made a reservoir with a 10an outlet to go to the pump, also has 2 6an fittings in it for the 2 returns as running 2 returns is the better option than using the T junction fitting.

pump was squealing off its head as i still had air, but they reckon you wont get all air out until around 500 miles. plus you have to make sure your brakes are bled perfectly as if there is a bit of air in them the pedal will depress more which will suck the pump dry more.

Problem most likely solved.
It seems to be better working if you connect the hoses to the right location.:sleepy2:
