Propane Bird?

Anyone know if they made some Superbirds that had an auxiliary propane fuel system?
A dealership near me had 1 in 1970., it had a tank in front of the spare tire. Did someone else put that on it other than the factory?

:thinker:come to think of it there was one on ebay from eurpoe 1970 RR conv. I believe it was burnt orange with matching int. it was around 30-40k .
