Proportioning valve electrical switch

I again say wrong........

"Goggle" 1967 coronet Proportional or Proportioning valve and see what it sez and on eBay or what ever your source is.

The proportioning valve is for both disc and drum brakes 67 and up..... look it up

Also..... when you say by do you really mean buy?
Yes buy.
How about you go on line and read the service manuals, and also the Chrysler Master training documents on brake system. You will learn a lot. Yes the tandem MC was new for 67. Disc brakes also. But drums were drums. No proportioning valve needed. Some vendors misstate and misuse terminology. Distribution block, Proportioning valve, and front hold off or metering valve. Read up: http://www.imperialclub.com/Repair/Lit/Master/index.htm #232 and 233 in the 67 section will help you.

Since you have the distribution block apart, please explain how that simple device can proportion hydraulic pressure? Then google proportioning valve and learn what is inside it and how it works. Now in later 70 they started to combine valves and blocks, and by 71 they did have a single unit that would do all functions for Front disc brake cars. But the 67 and the item you show is nothing more that a distribution block. Attached is a picture of the combined unit for mopar. Look at all the parts.

Ebay calls them proportioning valves....... what ever its called its fine with me.

I am just to busy doing my last car if the good Lord lets me.

I have restored many cars since 1961 my first.

Never worked on Mopars before......... may die trying.... but i will be happy doing so.

The impossible is what i reach for.......... my arms are all stretched out now.....

You probably are right........ but i am a old lefty.

Thank you for your input.... and reading to my rambling on....
