Basically, I'm wondering if I have a poly motor. I'm looking for headers available for a 1965 Plymouth Belvedere with a 273. I've heard poly heads are different compared to the LA heads and headers. I bought a pair TTI headers for my 1975 Dodge Dart Swinger which has a 1970's 360 engine, and I'd like a pair of TTI's for my Belvedere. Any and all info and feedback is welcome.

I'm confused, do you have a 273 or Poly 318?? Easy to see the difference....headers for that 273 are plentiful, however if you have a Poly (I have 4) you have one option TTI and they are different for the B and C bodies, obviously you have a B. I learned that lesson by purchasing a used set, having them ceramic coated at Jet Hot and spending a day trying to fit them on my 63 Fury only to learn I had bought C body TTI headers and they were never going to work. They are now on a buddy's 65 Fury.

You could have either engine in 65. Post up a photo or two of what you have. Especially the valve covers. Like the fellows above mentioned, Poly's and a LA 273 are different basically from the heads up and headers will not interchange. Here's a picture of my Poly. They have a scallop shape on the bottom edge of the valve cover.
