Different ways to pull the engine

Old thread, even older thrash, and of course from the bottom.
Stand and bumper mounts from US CAR TOOL, and picker from Harbor Freight.

I will say putting everything from the bottom in the garage was pretty easy, I built the usual cart, a lifting bar for the front of the car and then did a quick weight check just for kicks (259kg = only 507lbs!). All of this was done with the car backed into my garage, once the front of the car was up I slid the powertrain in from the side. Due to some issues with the bellhousing I had it in and out 4 times, 2 of them were by myself.
