On Chargers the WH was together with 23 on VIN since 72 was meant for a roll down quarter glass and high class trim, then the Rallye trim was a buildsheet option.

WP ( Premium class ) was linked to 29 ( original code for "fastback" ) and is an SE.

On 71 WM23 ( medium class price on hardtop quarter roll down glass ) was meant for the Superbee. And I know RM23 was for RR

Interesting that the grilles on the brochure cars are not blacked out.
Actually they are, i have that same brochure, and if you see a Satellite its grille is grey with silver highlights while roadrunner were black with silver highlights. If you look closely you will see that.
Here is a better picture of the difference between the two.
