1968 Lynch Road assembly plant repair bay image. Check out the assembly aides in the form of the multiple production track sheets on the body and the chassis transport. Multiple sheets are placed on a vehicle because various pars of the vehicle are built in different areas and all come together at the body marriage/ body drop station. Will that plant remain open and if so, what’s going to be built there?

Yes, the plant will remain open. To start, Brampton is getting a $1.32 Billion makeover and retooling and the Jeep Compass will be the next vehicle off the lines, but probably not before the end of next year. It will be capable of building both ICE and electric vehicles.
