Lol.. we got 500 pins yesterday and found that even though we are spot on for OE size the smooth pins are trapping air like pistons and you can't push them in. #1 Son did another test run with the holes slightly bigger and now adding a strength champer to the glass hole boss. Print in process for another hundred. Previous run works fine with rough rusty oe pins.

What if you drilled a tiny hole through there, to let the air escape as the pin was pushed in?
