The year was 1975. I had to choose between 3. A left over Hang 10 or a Spirit of 76,and last the new Aspen.
The Hang 10 was $2500 the Spirit $2999 or the Aspen for $3500.Both of the Darts were Slant 6 cars, the Aspen was a 318.
I worked at the Dealership thus the prices,and my co-workers talked me out of the Darts saying they were butt ugly and I'd get laughed at for driving such a mess. I ended up buying the Aspen.Didn't matter what I bought as living in Pennsylvania they all were rust buckets after the first 5 years.The Aspen got traded in 1978 for a new Power Wagon.
