Hi, I am reintroducing myself. I have stuck around here for a little while mostly lurking but my dad did have a 1966 coronet but I am mostly a abody guy. I just picked up a big project "creampuff" 1968 roadrunner 383 4 speed car.

needs floors , trunk, torsion bar support, and left front frame but Im going to do it.

Welcome to the forum! Saw you on the roadrunner site too. Good luck with your project, you're really getting an early start. Hopefully be done when you can drive it. :)

Welcome young Mopar brother! What are your plans for the bird of many colors?

haha, my plan is black,a12 sixpack hood, no stripe 440 4 speed. Depends on how rare it is. It is orig. a ss1 sunfire yellow with green split bench int. 383 4 speed with performance hood stripe and horizontal pinstripe and a/c

Build it like you want to. You are going to pick up a lot of skills and talents along the way. Good luck, and you can find some excellent suggestions on this forum.

welcome nice find keep us posted on your progress

Sounds really cool. It will look awesome either way. A/C with a 4 speed is not that common btw .. nice options.

Thanks guys, just looked at it again, I am going to have a lot in body panels, full quarters, front frame, torsion bar support, rear deck filler, rear cross member under tail panel, outer wheelhouses, upper shock tower brace, 1 door skin, trunk gutter, rear window jam repairs, fender repair or new ones, full floor pan, trunkpan, shes rough, but I wanna save her, if I don't ,whos gonna? I am going to send what I have to Galen Glover to see what he can say about the car.

Very cool project young dude. Lots of hard work and big decisions ahead, but it will be worth it when your done.
