Rear belt molding j-clips

On my 69 Charger which I took apart 15 years ago and am now going back together I have this question. The rear belt molding has J clips. I carefully put everything in bags and am sure there was only 3 clips per side. I have read where some claim 4. There is a possibility to add the to add the fourth clip but I do not feel I need to. Common sense says one in the very font and one in the very rear. Question which spot to put the third one? I just want to be as close to original as possible. Here is a pic I saved from someones else's post.

I just installed mine a couple of days ago. I had 4 of them but really, I think the three you have will hold it just fine. Like you say, one on each end and take your pick on which of the two center holes for the last one.

Thanks for the replies. I will go with 3 a side as that's all I have and most likely the way it was built. If I wanted to order them I would have to get all 8 so 3 a side it is.
