Well that was interesting ! Not bad advice! Just hope the person you go and start talking with watched this video or you just might get shot
 
I know a few guys similar to that guy in video, except they have a NY accent...
I get along great with them, all good people who dont shove there opinions down your throat.
A few more around here would do a world of good.

I agree that he definitely could have used a better delivery of a decent message. A lot gets lost in all of the unnecessary profanity.
 
Yeah well its like this. He may be uneducated, he may live in a trailer, he may be a lot of things, but compared to some of the ******** around this forum, he may be a lot more of a decent person. Take your pick

C'mon Bud, **** and **** are two of the most versatile words in the English language if used well, and Catfish uses them well.
They can be used as nouns, verbs, adjectives, pronouns....fun stuff.

Some folks live to enjoy the variety in life. I think you do -Steve.--BUT--

You seem to have a personal selection of folks that are outside of (other thinking) your ability to accept. You indeed have selected a sort that you express hate for.
Is this hate just for individuals? Is this hate for a -group of individuals?

You mention "some of the ********" on this forum.

Question--Why do you seek -confrontation- of a (personally selected) segment of humanity --(some ******** around this forum) --to joust with?

Do you intend to teach? Do you hope to teach?

IMO --(from where I sit) I see much hate from all sides.--Most of it is blind stubbornness and reluctance to put on another pair of glasses.

I do not intend to pick on you as an example but that is indeed what I am doing.

You have your own (clearly expressed) understanding of the meaning of the words--"empathy" and "compassion".

For you, -those meanings- are personal and specific to you. ---May you consider where you are as it may connect with others when you click on the post button.

I too like Steve and he is not a stranger to me on this site.
My intent with my comments is to be the kind of friend that will speak up -as a friend.

His speaking in public motivates me to speak/confront him in public as my small effort to cool the water.
 
Well--I got another red x inspired from a post I made.

I have learned that when Steve gives a red x it means he is thinking--Nothing more. -- Kind of like a bookmark in a page.--It is not Steve hate it is Steve speak.
