Removing a brake booster from a 1966 Dodge Coronet 500

Hello i have a 66 coronet that i have to replace the booster on. ive been able to remove the 4 nuts to release it from the firewall, what i need help with is how do i remove the brake booster rod from the brake pedal to release it and so i can remove the booster completely. Any help would be appreciated.

pedal rod stays in place, you need to detach the rod that goes to booster to the top of the Z-bar to get booster off firewall...you don't take the rod out of the booster, that comes out with booster as a unit
