Customer brought me this job. The replacement flocked Mylar doesn’t have the nice square shape of the original and I’m assuming that’s where the guides will run. Are there any decent you tube video’s on this exact install. I’ve heard the replacement guides need to be filed thinner etc. I searched you tube couldn’t find and install tips or tricks . Is the 69 like my 67’s were holes need to be made in the seal to allow the guides to go through? Making the seal travel with the glass and not stay in a fix d position in the vent?
Any tips or advice welcomed. Reading the feedback online for these seals is one person after another destroying them on install or the glass gets stupid tight to go up and down. Not encouraging.

I've showed the how in both my Bee restoration and Superbird threads. Son and I have also been producing dimensionally correct plastic H slider pieces for the past 2 months, but I'm now at camp for the Summer.
