Reverse manual valve body worth it or a hassle?

Column shift rvmb all the time when I was racing. Street/car shows? Nah, those bone jarring shifts are no fun then. It sounds/ feels like the whole drivetrain trying to come out. Wrinkle-wall slicks & rpms kinda soften the whole thing.

Agree, It could shift really hard, if you legged the shifts out, it could bark ten feet off into second. But, short shift it, which of course you can do with a full manual, it would drive like a kitten. Any rpm under the 3500 stall, it's a pussycat.
If I was tired and worn out, I would leave a stop sign/green light in second, and pull third at 1700.

It doesn't have a clutch pedal that constantly needs to be pushed in and held. Hope that answers your question. Yes I like driving my manual trans vehicles but only for leisure and open road. Just wait till the knees do to hell and see how exciting that manual trans is.

Have you ever stopped on a hill or staging line at the drag strip? Guess not. Also pushing that thing in twice at short intervals every minute or two just to stay rolling "REALLY".
