Reverse Manual VB question

Many moons ago ago I removed some '68' B&M VB's from my race car transmissions.

But I didn't mark them up as I can't remember if they are both reverse pattern?

How can I tell a normal selector 321 VB from a reverse pattern VB?

I have stripped them both down and can't any difference from the normal VB's I have.

Did a conversion with a separator plate from MP had to cut a wall out. B&M could be different.
