Rod parts dealer on ebay /alluminum heads

Just want to let everyone know thatthere is a company on ebay selling the pro comp alluminum heads. Ive geard lots of negative words about them. Im the type that gives everyone a chance so i bought a set from them. Stay away from them folks. Buy elsware. There dishonest, very rude, advertise falsely, lie to u for a sale, and wont return your calls. Never again. Ended up costing me 1400.00 and wont take returns after they sold me wrong items so now i gave to buy elsware so it cost me 2800.00 for heads

Is that the ebag dealer from Iowa?If it is I was hosed by them about 10 years ago.

Interesting. So what have you done? Did you use all avenues open to you to pursue your claim with ebay, PayPal (if used) or your credit card company, if you used one? Your local small claims court is another way to try and get justice. Lastly, most local TV stations have investigative reporters who just love to get involved if you truly are in the right.
And, if you were treated as badly as you said, I would name the company and exactly what transpired and why they wouldn't take a return. What is their stated return policy? All products have an 'expectation of merchantability' by law; in other words, if you buy it to use on your motor, and give them the correct information, and the product won't fit or work, the company is bound to refund your money. All this assumes that you were right and they were wrong. Don't give up...and DO let us know the vendor.
