Getting in the swing of seam sealing the Charger. I know for sure that I wouldn't want to have had that job on the production line, had do be one of those jobs the new union boys got thrown into. There are so many areas for these things to leak it's incredible these cars are still around today.
After folding up my 6'2" frame into the trunk of the Charger (no small feat being 60) to start getting the seam sealed. I'm still amazed at the size of these trunks, almost fit a coke machine in these caves. I'm using the Eastwood high solids seam sealer tube and strips. Anybody use this stuff before? I'm liking the strips, able to really pack it into the seams and looks clean, not like some of the crap I dug out of the car from the factory, I think they used a mop to apply sealer..
