Selling/trading parts. Got some questions.

Ok I found another 66 that is in better shape sheet metal wise than my tub of rust. I made the guy an offer on it. He wants more than I think its worth. Anyhow I have some parts that I thought about bringing with me. Here is a list so maybe someone can give me an honest assessment on worth. Trade wise.

68/69 HP Manifolds good shape no cracks and VHT coated with cast paint.
TTI 1 7/8 440 headers. Decent used shape will need to be cleaned up.
1 set of 1969 440 valve covers with the proper breather.
1 set of used Mopar performance BB valve covers
front disc brake conversion but need to have the rotors either turned or replaced. Includes calipers/spindles/rotors/ hoses new.
and a 383 Cast Iron intake for a 4bbl 70/71 in good clean shape.

IF they are all parts the guys needs, then $800. If they are parts he doesn't "need", then $300

My thoughts were as follows
HP manifolds 400 for the pair
TTI Headers 400
Mopar Valve covers 100
Stamped 69 valve covers I paid 100 bucks for.. Plus 50 for the correct breather.
Cast intake around 100 bucks
disc brake conversion parts maybe another 100.
Am I way off..
