So after being “shopless” for over 10 years, the dream is back on track. Corners are in. Should have all the poles set by end of the week.
Thanks guys! Given that I live in North Idaho, the ability to build in the winter will be awesome!I Put my pole garage up 30 years ago. Built allot cars in it.
I call it my " Dog House"
Good luck.
the best feeling is building cars in it while it rains and snows outside.

Strength and to eliminate “rain” inside due to condensation. In the county here, the only inspections required are electrical and plumbing. Otherwise it’s the Wild West, especially on barns. The guy heading this effort is a Master Builder from Atlanta, he’s not shy about putting extra lumber where it counts and being precise on square and measurements . This thing is solid! Why sheeting on a post frame build, I know it’s stronger and will hold better, is it required in your area?
