Great news. I'm pretty certain Guv Nuisance will sue, just like everything that he doesn't like but we need this to keep business alive in CA. A neighbor who works for Foster Farms Chicken, etc. as a fleet manager mentioned they had to sell off their trucks or go all electric. But....wait for it...out of state truckers can come into CA and do the work. With diesel trucks. So numerous drivers were put out of work as well as mechanics, etc. And out of staters get the business. The birds still have to go to market and be driven further than an EV can drive. Hopefully the Leno law will pass now too. Have not heard the status on that.
