You and I know this is short for assembly but to other people, “assy grease” means something a LOT different.

Good to see so Many faces that I only get to see a couple times a year, if that.
I saw Eric/Watermelon’s car.
Very nice. In pictures it seems to have a green tinge to it. In person it is more gold. Very clean. Great license plate too. I meant to ask him
Why he uses that screen name, “Watermelon”. His head seemed perfectly normal.

Swap was pretty good, seemed like a lot more rally dashes than usual... I think guys are pulling the originals and putting in Dakota Digital then trying to recoup some of the $$ by selling the old cluster...

Correct me if I have this wrong….
There were years when this show was in May and the temperatures sometimes got over 100.
That was not the case this time. It wasn’t even 80 degrees. The sky was overcast early on but it did clear up.
I would have liked to see more trucks and vans. I did love seeing the luxury c bodies and Imperials. There was a white 57 or 58 Fury with gold trim that was amazing. Stupid me, I was awe struck and didn’t take any pictures of it.

Yep, that is the one. I was wrong about the color, it isn’t exactly white.

Wasn’t there ONE remaining white 1958 model that retains the fuel injection but utilized some custom programming to control the functions?
I read years ago about the car in some magazine. I recall something about the “Fuel Injection” emblems being found by sheer luck from some unlikely source too. Interesting story.
