ss1 68 roadrunner - ppg doesn't have bbc

I went my local ppg store to see if he could mix 68 S yellow in Deltron bbc. He said it was not avaliable. It is available in omni, but i do not like it. Anyone else run into this problem. I use that paint always.

Is that mix available in dupont bbc or some other brand? Looking for advice.

mabey your ppg store was short one of the tints.
ppg code for that yellow is 81574

DuPont would be 4887

myself I have no problem with ppg's Omni Plus MBC we use it at the shop on late models , it blends nice and covers well.

Omni AU now that's another story LOL.

Sometimes they can contact the lab in Michigan (easy) and find an alternate formula to start with and adjust (not as easy). That means a phone call and maybe some experimentation with toners. And we know some people can't handle anything so technical as as that.
I'm lucky that my PPG store will if needed.
