Steering Coupler Compatibility

Anybody know if this will fit my 1970 BBody Satellite? They are indicated for later models 1979-1992. But they look similar very similar. Or was there a design change that makes them non compatible?

Thanks they look the same but hard to verify diameters of pins and exact sizes. Getting it locally so I will verify risk free. Thanks for your input!
