My roadrunner has an 11to 1.40 over 440 with Howard's hydraulic roller 294 duration 540ish lift mopar performance wedge dual plane hi rise aluminum intake demon 850 carb and msd distributor with 6al digital box and Doug's ceramic headers it runs great sometimes but flutters little everytime I kick it and alot after I get it warm but if you stab it seems to come alive it also seems to load up in traffic or sometimes it seems I have to almost pump my gas pedal like it's running out of gas it has stuck mechanical fuel pump also has cast heads think one head is 240516 other is 240518
 
Sounds like you got a lot of neat parts that haven't been properly introduced to each other. Time to chase the dragon brother, tuning is what your needing.... time to get out the wrenches...or the wallet.
 
Sound like fuel temp may be part of the problem. try insulating or provide a heat shield anywhere the fuel line is close to a heat source ie.. exhaust manifold, headers ect.
