It’s not very often you are cruising down the highway at 6:30 am and meet a SuperBird on a flat bed trailer. Who ever they were about 6 hours later there was a hell of a storm that went through that area!

..on a trailer.. sacrilege.. LOL

WAs it being transported or was it a trailer queen. Makes a difference. They’re made to be driven....

Yeah on a trailer, just how you got to Alabama in 2019. Trailers happen. Not a bad thing. We know why you trailered there. This guy might have an equally good reason also.

To the original poster: what color was the car, What what’s the tow rig and trailer like, and what part of the country? What day was this?

A friend of my mom and dads bought a Lime green Superbird new. From a dealer 7 blocks away from my mom and dads old house. I was given a ride in it the same day he bought it. A week later while back in BC he rolled it over a embankment. Between that and a gasser Henry J in cresent city. I was hooked.

Any car not in a museum is meant to be driven.

Definitely BDF... and I live on a gravel road to boot ! With the Bee I do go slow now until I find pavement, no more 140 MPH on the back roads, but the Bird I really don't care. Drive it like you stole it!

I've always been impressed with you using your two beauties for serious fun. Hats off to you and the work you did to enjoy them. Don't change, it fits you well!!
